Crusader Community Health Dental Department

Dental services for children are available at all Crusader Community Health locations.  Adult services are currently offered only at the West State Street and Broadway locations. 

Dental services include:

• examinations

• cleanings

• fillings

• minor oral surgery procedures such as extractions
