Shayna Chiarelli Receives Co-Worker Recognition

Shayna Chiarelli receives the 2018 Crusader Advocate Award from Gordon Eggers Jr., Crusader President & CEO.

Congratulations to Shayna Chiarelli who was awarded the 2018 Crusader Community Health Advocate of the Year at the Crusader Winter Conference on January 20, 2018.
Shayna was recognized for being a team player and exemplifying the 5 C’s of Crusader. She is humble, kind and would always puts others before herself.
As the Medical Unit Manager-West State Street clinic for the past three years, Shayna uses her medical knowledge, managerial skills and caring personality to serve Crusader patients and co-workers with respect and clarity.
She has a genuine desire to better the community and patients we serve.
Fellow Crusader employees nominate candidates each year.
The Advocate Award is given in memory of long time Crusader employee Annie Dandridge. Annie was an extraordinary individual who always exhibited unique kindness and concern for patients and her co-workers at Crusader.
