Certified Nursing Assistant


This is a direct service position in Crusader Community Health (CCH). The Certified Nursing Assistant performs various service duties and routine technical patient care tasks in accordance with agency policies and procedures and within the scope of education of a Certified Nursing Assistant.  For those working on a Patient Centered Medical Home unit, participates in a team approach to patient care by attending and contributing in regular team meetings and education sessions. This position reports to the Medical Unit Manager, or the Director of Clinical Operations.

Required Education for all Certified Nursing Assistant Positions:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
  3. Current, valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  4. Current CPR certification.
