POSITION SUMMARY:

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator will help to communicate and promote the organizational identity of Crusader Community Health (CCH) and Crusader Community Health Foundation (CCHF) by creating and distributing brochures, news releases, maintaining a social media presence, developing and coordinating television advertisements and partnering with local organizations to promote the mission of CCH. The Communications and Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President Human Resources and Marketing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of related work experience
  • Communication or Marketing experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required

Technical Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office software specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Office equipment including computers, telephone systems, fax machines and scanners
  • Digital communication and design programs such as Adobe Graphic Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat), iMovie and WordPress
  • Social media platforms
