CALL CRUSADER FIRST! 815.490.1600

If you are a Crusader patient experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19 such as a cough, fever and shortness of breath CALL FIRST! Tell the phone representative your concern. You may need to speak with a medical professional. Together, we will decide the next steps.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Crusader does not recommend scheduling routine annual exams/physicals, well woman exams or well child checks (for children 9 months and older) during COVID-19 outbreak. We will still see patients for acute needs (urgent, unexpected, other than COVID-19 symptoms).

GETTING A COVID-19 TEST

Your Crusader medical provider will determine if your symptoms warrant getting the COVID-19 test.
You’ll need a medical order to receive the official COVID-19 lab test.

LIMITED VISITORS AT CRUSADER

During the COVID-19 outbreak, Crusader patients are asked to COME ALONE to medical appointments. If assistance is required, you may bring ONE other person. Because of the need for social distancing in our waiting and exam rooms, there is very limited space. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
