This year’s costume competition includes four categories: Best TV or Movie Character, Best Famous Couple, Most Iconic Group or Team, Judges’ Choice!

New this year: Rockford’s Masked Singer! Local celebrities will trick, treat and wow us with their talent! The audience will guess who is who and vote for their favorite performance!

• 5:15 p.m. Games open & cocktails flowing
• 6 p.m. Masked Singer competition & dinner from Greenfire
• 6:45 p.m. Decision time: Guess the singer & vote for your favorite
• 7 p.m. Spirit of Caring Awards
