POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Generalist will manage the on-boarding process of new hires, recruit temporary and non-technical employees and provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The major responsibilities are in the following functional HR areas: Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Recognition, Workforce Training, and HRIS Personnel Records and Retention. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, however a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.

A PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is a plus.

The candidate must have two years of recent Human Resources experience.
