Meeks and Wimsatt Earn 2013 Crusader Advocate Award

The third annual Crusader Community Advocate Award was given to two deserving Crusader employees: Evelyn Meeks and Heather Wimsatt. Evelyn Meeks works in the Crusader Community Health Call Center and has been a staff member for over 20 years. She is always willing to go the extra mile for a patient, co-worker, family and friends. Heather Wimsatt is a Medical Unit Manager at the Crusader Community Health on Broadway-Uram building. In her position she is devoted to the Crusader cause and has the desire to help whoever or whenever it is needed.
This award was initiated in 2011 to honor the memory of Annie Dandridge, a Crusader staff member, who passed away in April 2011. Annie was an extraordinary individual who always exhibited unique kindness and concern for others.
