Crusader Community Health provides comprehensive medical and dental care. This includes specialized care for chronic diseases such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, chronic lung disease, obesity, asthma and HIV.
All physicians and care providers at Crusader are American trained and board-certified or board-eligible in their primary care specialties. This allows Crusader to provide first-rate professional services in a caring, patient-focused and respectful setting.
Crusader is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Each year, over 50,000 individuals receive top-quality medical and dental services. Many of these individuals might otherwise have little or no access to any healthcare. Community residents from all walks of life choose Crusader as their partner in healthcare services.
Crusader is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
