Senator Durbin Visits Crusader Loves Park

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin made a visit to the Crusader Community Health Loves Park on April 6, 2015. He toured the facility and met with Crusader’s management team.

In December 2009, Crusader received $5,342,337 in federal grant funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to construct a new site in Loves Park and continue renovation of unused space at the existing Crusader Community Health on Broadway.

The Crusader Loves Park clinic located at 6115 North 2nd Street, Loves Park, opened in September 2011. The demand for care at this clinic has grown each year with a 22% increase in patients served over the past two years.

During 2014, 10,432 patients received 31,058 visits at the Loves Park location.
