The Crusader Community Health Foundation (CCHF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and was established in 1985. We are here to support Crusader Community Health in providing high quality, cost effective, accessible health care for those who have limited access.
The Crusader Community Health Foundation Board represents community volunteers whose professional experience and personal passion for Crusader help move our mission forward.
