POSITION DESCRIPTION

The General Dentist provides comprehensive and superior dental care to a diverse demographic of children and adults as part of the provider team.  Our dentists perform a broad range of dental procedures using a fully integrated medical/dental electronic record and digital radiography in a clean, modern and comfortable setting.  The general dentist will collaborate and consult, when necessary, with patients, families, Crusader support staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Dental Department Chair.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of United States accredited Dental School DDS or DMD degree, new graduates must pass licensing exam
  • Unrestricted Illinois Dental license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA, Illinois DDS or DMD license
  • Current CPR Certification (responsible for maintaining certification)

  • New graduate or experienced dentist welcome
